F.I.T Principles and Body Excel
JAG is in business partnership with F.I.T Principles Personal Training Academy, which is part of Body Excel, a network of boutique gyms based in Cape Town.
F.I.T Principles is an approved provider of the American Council on Exercise (ACE) certifications. ACE is the largest non profit fitness certification and education provider in the world, setting international standards and promoting active lifestyles.
JAG holds 20% of F.I.T Principles and amongst its main objectives in partnering with F.I.T Principles is to grow and promote the Academy on a national scale. F.I.T Principles is the only body in SA enabling an internationally accredited certification in the personal training industry.

The Cycle Lab Western Cape
In October 2006 JAG formed a partnership with the Western Cape division of The Cycle Lab, South Africa’s premier cycling retailer, acquiring 50% of the business.
Currently Cycle Lab Western Cape has one shop operating in Westlake with a flagship shop opening in Milnerton in August 2007. The long-term objective is to develop a number of other premier stores within the Western Cape region.

Mac Mac Construction
In February 2006 JAG welcomed a partnership with Mac Mac Construction, a plumbing and construction company operating in Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal.
The business consists of three divisions, namely:
- Plumbing, reticulating and bulk services
- Building
- Plant Hire
JAG acquired 50% of this business.
