MacLeod Properties
In the latter half of 2006 the JAG Investment Group acquired MacLeod Properties, a real-estate company focusing predominantly on the sales and rental of residential properties in the up market Cape Town suburb of Constantia.
JAG has formed alliances with developers and well established relocation and property professionals across South Africa and secured further exposure for MacLeod’s at International property shows across Europe.

Old Acres
In October 2006 the JAG Investment Group purchased Old Acres a large property in Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal.
The extent of this property is 50 hectares and will be tastefully transformed into a retirement village. The estate will be a secured village with 580 units with 20 hectares of the property remaining as indigenous bush within the secure confines.
The re-zoning process is currently on the way.
